What is your guarantee policy?

We offer 2 guarantees. A Satisfaction Guarantee, and a Defect Guarantee (Warrantee).

We guarantee your satisfaction for a period of 10 days after receipt of your equipment. If you are not satisfied, you simply E-mail us with the reason you want to return the equipment. We will E-mail you a response with return instructions. Upon receipt of your returned equipment, we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges.  Please note that equipment that is returned with user-inflicted damage beyond normal "wear and tear", will not be refunded and the equipment will be returned to purchaser.

We also guarantee our equipment to be free from construction defects for 90 days from date of receipt. If, during that time, any equipment fails due to such a defect, it will be replaced without charge (other than your cost of shipping us the defective item), upon receipt of said item. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, improper assembly, or improper storage may not be covered.
In all cases you MUST E-mail us prior to shipping any return items. We will E-mail you back with return instructions.

Equipment Durability

PVC pipe and fittings are primarily made to be used for indoor plumbing, outdoor plumbing which is buried underground or used on the ground surface to carry water or other fluids. While it is true that extreme exposure to the sun over a prolonged time can cause it to deteriorate, it should provide years of durable service, if not abused. PVC is durable enough to make outdoor furniture, so you should have no problems with it, especially if you bring it in if not using it for an extended period of time. Painting it can also extend the life of PVC equipment.

Regardless of who builds your equipment, larger breeds can and do sometimes play havoc on equipment made totally from PVC. It's just a fact of life. The forces placed on PVC fittings can't always hold up well when a Rottweiler or Great Dane slams into the weave poles. We recommend the Spike Weave sets for larger breeds, as the individual pieces can be replaced easily and inexpensively.

The alternative is the "professional" quality equipment. This is expensive and usually not as portable, but holds up longer than PVC, especially for larger breeds. However, it will also require some periodic maintenance, i.e. painting, sanding, etc.

All in all, PVC gives you a great "bang for the buck". Check out our economy and deluxe products under the Agility Equipment pages.

"Furniture" grade vs. "Commercial" grade PVC

There is a lot of "controversy" over this subject. The makers of PVC furniture and furniture grade PVC claim that commercial grade PVC will fall apart in a couple of years if left out in the sun.

While we agree that the furniture grade PVC will probably last longer with continuous outside exposure, you have to remember what we are dealing with here.

We have had our products in use at our home for 3+ years using commercial grade PVC and have had virtually no failures (other than me running over a piece with the lawn mower), and have seen little evidence of chalking or deteriorating.

Also, when you consider that furniture grade PVC costs 35 times more than the commercial grade and that those costs would have to be passed on in higher product prices, the commercial grade product wins hands down.

For these reasons, we use the commercial grade PVC in our products, excedpt for the specail items such as jump feet. It lasts a long, long time and saves you money as well.
